Welcome to SUN + SWIM ☀️, our NEWLY remodeled and NEWLY furnished resort-style family vacation rental only 4 minutes walk to the private beach with Destin's world famous sugary white sand! Make wonderful holiday memories in this contemporary beach-themed townhouse.

SUN + SWIM offers 3 levels of living, with 3 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. There are 2 king size beds, 1 bunk with two full size beds, and a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 8 guests. This home is in the most desirable location, a 4 minute walk to the beach, while also allowing guests to enjoy the lake view from the spacious private patios. Take advantage of our amenities including complimentary beach setup (two chairs + umbrella), heated pool and tennis courts. Elderly guests in your group? NO PROBLEM! The living room, dining, kitchen, and one bedroom are all on the first floor - no stairs required!

The first floor guest suite which features a king-sized bedroom with tropical wooden decor is the perfect place to relax and get some rest after a day of exploring. Enjoy some TV shows with our brand new 50’’ TV while you are resting. This room has direct access to a private patio.

The second floor expansive master suite features a king-sized bed with modern golden canopy frame creates a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. If you have to work during the vacation, don't feel upset because a sleek office desk and dedicated chair sitting in front of the amazing lake view provides you relaxing working environment. This room also has access to a spacious private master balcony perfect for sipping a tasty drink while enjoying the lake view. When you are ready to wind down for the evening, relax on the bed and catch up to your favorite shows on our brand new large 50'' smart TV. This room and bathroom were completely renovated with a dreamy walk-in shower to provide the best experience for your stay.

The third floor is a colorful sea themed kids bedroom with a bunk bed with two full-sized mattresses. Along the wall there is a beautiful decorative sea mural that gives the room a splash of fun – perfect for the kiddos! The other side of the wall is full of lovely beach decor, providing an opportunity to capture some new family memories.

No matter which room you stay in, the new comfortable mattresses, beddings and linens will ensure you have great sleep throughout the night.

You can pack light for the vacation because all the essentials toiletries are provided. 3 en-suite bathrooms gives every guest plenty of private space to fresh up. Fully stocked with bath towels and beach towels, take your choice of shower or bath. 


✧✧ THE LOUNGE 🛋️ ✧✧

Modern furniture and hardwood floors make the living room elegant yet cozy. Kick back and relax on the brand new sofa while watching your favorite TV show with our brand new large 65’’ TV. The sofa can convert into a full-sized bed as well. There is plenty of seating - extra arm chairs and poufs allows the whole family to enjoy the bonding time in the spacious living room. The room is full of natural light thanks to the sliding glass door and three-story tall window.


✧✧ KITCHEN AND DINING 🍽 ✧✧

Enjoy prepping a meal together in our chef’s kitchen with everything you can think of. Don’t want to go out to get a morning coffee? Our coffee bar provides all you need for a fresh cup of coffee. The dining table is large enough to fit 8 people to enjoy a meal.


✧✧ THE OUTDOOR LOUNGE 🏞 ✧✧

Bright and large sliding door near the dining area leads you to the front gorgeous lake view. Here you will find our fully furnished and screened-in private outdoor lounge area where you can also have a meal here or sip a glass of wine after dinner to enjoy some fresh air and greenery.

Here, the grill masters can demonstrate their cooking skills 🍖 on the outdoor gas grill.

On the 3rd floor we have two arcade machines in the spacious hall way and a bonus room with beautiful and lively deep sea murals across the whole ceiling, it will feel like you’re swimming with the sea life. This room is perfect for the kids to just hang out in or play board games.
